The U3223QE ships factory calibrated with a Delta E under 2 in both sRGB and DCI-P3, covers 98% of the DCI-P3 gamut and shows 10-bit color, so gradients stay smooth and skin tones stay honest. At 32 inches you can keep the Photoshop or Figma canvas at full size and still have room for every panel and palette around it.
Native 4K means you can preview UHD footage pixel for pixel while the timeline runs across the bottom of the screen. The IPS Black panel reaches a 2000:1 contrast ratio, roughly double a standard IPS monitor, so dark scenes keep their detail instead of washing out to grey. VESA DisplayHDR 400 and HDR10 support let you check HDR content before it goes out.
Large drawings, BIM models and code reviews all benefit from more pixels. The 31.5-inch 4K panel gives you the workspace of four Full HD screens in one seamless display, with no bezel splitting your model in half. Picture-by-Picture lets you run two computers side by side on the same screen, and the stand pivots into portrait for long documents and code.

Most offices still connect a laptop with a power brick, an HDMI cable, a USB dock and a network cable. The Dell UltraSharp U3223QE replaces all of them with a single USB-C connection. That one cable carries the 4K video signal, charges the laptop at up to 90W, connects the USB devices plugged into the monitor and passes through a wired RJ45 Ethernet connection.
On the back and underside you get five fast USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports for keyboards, mice, webcams and external drives, plus a downstream USB-C port and a 3.5mm audio output. A DisplayPort 1.4 output lets you daisy-chain a second monitor through MST, while HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.4 inputs connect desktops, workstations and older laptops.
Eye comfort is covered too. The flicker-free backlight and ComfortView Plus reduce harmful blue light without turning the picture yellow, and the monitor is TÜV Rheinland certified for low blue light. The stand adjusts 150mm in height and pivots into portrait, and a standard 100 × 100mm VESA mount lets you move the screen onto an arm if you prefer.
